You work day and night to come up with the best design in the planet! You improve your initial concept to a level that you yourself know is nothing short of pure awesomeness. Then comes the day of the meeting with the client and your design is not the winner. Don’t feel too bad about it. Many rejected pieces of design are actually rather awesome.

Think about it. Some of the posters for the movie „Gravity“ were rejected because they represented the fear of being in space „too well“. It goes to prove that oftentimes rejection is nothing else than a very subjective decision.
