If you choose the option "Own artwork (PDF, JPEG, TIFF)", please send us your finished print files via email or upload. Please choose "Design online with freedesign" if you want to work on designs provided by us online.
Pages
The number of pages stated always refers to the closed, that is processed (e.g. folded) and finished flyer in its final form.
Example :double-sided flyer unfolded: 210 x 297 mm A4, 2 pages Your choice of the number of pages: double-sided print. Example: 6 pages flyer folded: 105 x 210 mm DL, 6 pages. Your choice of the number of pages: 6 pages.
For all folded flyers it is necessary to provide an assembled file, so one file for the front and one for the back of your flyer , i.e. 4 -1 and 2 - 3 as print able spreads.
Format
The size of your flyer that you select in this box should always refer to the final finished product - i.e., processed (folded or bound), as the case may be.
It would be incorrect to choose a format in flat form for your flyer , i.e. unfolded (laid flat). When it comes to design ing your flyer it is very important to include a 2mm bleed to all edges. Please get further information on how to set up your flyer by checking the fact sheet provided online It is necessary that you provide a preassembled lay-out for folded multi-page flyers , and individual pages for bound products.
Paper
For Flyers , we offer you pure white premium paper for printing images. All offset printing paper is pure white and suitable for copying and laser printing. Our white 80 gsm premium recycling paper is FSC-certified and certified with the eco-label Blue Angel.
Print
Weprint flyers using CMYK and Pantone.

Information:
On large scale, across all pages, there could be possibilities of technically related colour variation issues. For that reason we advise to use spot colours (Pantone) on these areas.
Processing
Here you can select how your flyer will be finished. You can either choose just trimming, corners rounded or folding.
Example: Flyer , DL, 6 pages. The correct selection reads: Trimming, folding.
It would be wrong to select 210 x 297 mm (A4), 2 pages because this defines an open format and would not result in the calculation you want for your flyer .
Refining
Refine and protect your flyer with a matt or glossy spot varnish or - for a paperweight of 170 gsm or higher - with a matt or glossy layer of foil (lamination).
Creasing/perforation
If you want to have your flyers creased or perforated (recommended from 170gsm upwards) here you can select how many lines you will need for your flyers . Please note that even with a creasing or perforation line, cracking of the spine could occur. You can choose perforation for a tear off.
Proof
Just order your soft proof right here.
Please consider that the respective proof can be ordered only once (original order). In case you will make modifications after the receipt of the proof, a second order/delivery of a proof is not possible. Please note that this is a layout proof.
