You can choose between a shower towel measuring 700 x 1,400 mm, a 500 x 1,000 mm towel, and a guest towel measuring 300 x 500 mm.</p><p><br></p><p>The products have a practical sewn-on hanger and can be machine-washed at 60°C. Please follow our washing instructions so that you can enjoy your product for a long time to come.</p><p><br></p><p>The velour variants consist of 50% cotton (absorbent back) and 50% polyester (front for the print) with a density of 400 gsm. They are available as a guest towel measuring 300 x 500 mm, a 500 x 1000 mm towel, a shower towel measuring 700 x 1,400 mm and a 1,000 x 1,800 mm sauna towel.</p><p><br></p><p>We recommend machine washing the velour towels at 30°C and avoiding using bleach. <h3>High-quality sublimation printing for excellent colour reproduction on fabric</h3><p>With the digital transfer process, motifs and fonts are printed in CMYK on a backing paper and then transferred to the fabric with a transfer press. In transfer printing, flat colours as well as the finest colour gradients, for example in photos, can be brilliantly represented. By printing on a white transfer film, colours are reproduced perfectly, as the background does not shine through.</p><p>Furthermore, transfer printing is characterised by high contour sharpness and coverage. A further advantage is undoubtedly the independence of fabric and colour, which is achieved by transfer printing. Regardless of which textiles are printed, the appearance of the print is identical on every fabric.</p>

<p>When embroidering, your motif is placed on the border of the Frotee towels. The area for embroidery measures 170 x 40 mm. This applies to the classic towels as well as the guest or shower towels.</p>

<p>You can have the velour towels printed over the entire surface of the front. This gives you enough space for your creativity and motifs.</p>

The colour values used in the layout template are comparative values, and may differ slightly from the actual thread colours. Send us you data as a vector graphic, and do not use any graphic effects (e.g. gradients, colour screens, transparency, hard shadows, 3D effects etc.). Please convert all text into paths. Text should ideally be sans-serif, with a minimum font size of 6 mm. The general minimum line thickness is 2.8 pt or 1 mm. For production reasons, the textile dimensions may have a tolerance of +/- 5 %.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.
