Two high-quality materials
Our oversized banners are available with two different materials. The tear-proof 300 gsm Mesh is extra lightweight and air-permeable. Furthermore, it is weatherproof, UV-resistant and B1-certified, meaning flame-retardant.
The 500 gsm PVC tarpaulin is also tear-proof and weatherproof as well as UV-resistant and B1-certified. In addition, this vinyl material is also highly tensile and scratch-resistant. Both materials are of course suitable to be used outdoors.

Our XXL banners are available in nine formats – starting from 4,000 x 10,000 mm up to 20,000 x 20,000 mm. For smaller formats, we recommend using our tarpaulins in standard and special sizes. On the left side, you will see an overview of all available formats for the XXL banners.
Please note that you have to create your print data on a scale of 1:10, because there are limits when processing PDF files. Furthermore, you should set your fonts and images at least 50 mm away from the edges so that no important elements will be cut off. There is a supposed to be a bleed of 10 mm in general.
Different options for the processing
The print will be made with webs that will be welded afterwards at high-frequency. Starting from a width of nine meters, a supporting strip (5 cm wide) with holding points for fixing the banner will be then welded on the back at high-frequency. The strip will be put on vertically from top to bottom. The seams of the print are perfect for this. Starting from 12 meters width, two supporting strips will be used. When using mesh, the weld seams can become apparent on the design. The seam is by default 5 cm wide and printed.
For the processing, you can choose to have your XXL banners with a 10 cm wide hemstitch on the top or bottom – you can use it, for example, to insert scaffold poles with a diameter of 8 cm.
On the left side you can see how such a hemstitch could look like. Thanks to the hemstitch, your banner will persevere under any wind and weather!
Furthermore, it is possible to weld on a printed keder flap on both sides. The keder has a width of 5 cm and will be attached at the top and bottom; the keder itself has a diameter of 7.5 mm and is visible as a white edge of roughly 1 cm width.
On the right side you can see how your banner with a keder flap could look like. Thanks to the keder, you can stretch your banner extensively crosswise to the edge; therefore, it is perfect for your outdoor advertising. The keder flap from print24 can also be printed if you desire.
The last option is an all round reinforced edge that is fitted with some 12-mm eyelets every 50 cm. This will create a 5 cm wide seam that will be welded at high-frequency. The metal eyelets have an inner diameter of 12 mm.
On the left side you can see how your reinforced banner with eyelets could look like. Thanks to the eyelets, fixing your banner at some construction fences or barriers will be no problem!
Important information for printing
Please create your print data with 750 dpi and PDF X3 – 2003 with colour profile ISO Coated v2 (ECI) and a scale of 1:10 including bleed. All texts have to be converted to paths and do not forget to drag all background images and colours into the bleed so that there will be no edge and the surface of the print will be fully covered.
