All about ballons

You can design your balloons from three different variants: Pastel, Crystal and Metallic. The Pastel series looks particularly fresh and friendly and is available in 29 colours. The colours are perfect for parties, events or celebrations like a wedding. If you want your motifs or logos to look particularly classy, we recommend the metallic balloons. Here you have 24 colours available for printing. A loose and light decoration is possible with our crystal balloons.

These products are dyed but still transparent. They are available in 9 colour variations and can be individually designed. All balloons are made of 100 % natural latex and are therefore free of toxins and 100 % biodegradable. The balloons are manufactured in Europe and meet all the requirements of EN-71-3. If you do not need your balloons immediately, this is not a problem, as the products can be stored for up to two years.

<h3>One-sided or double-sided printing</h3>Our balloons have a diameter of 27 centimetres, so there is enough space for your motifs, texts or logo. If you wish, you can have one or two sides printed, e.g. a number on the front and a graphic on the back for a round birthday.

<h3>Printing in full-tone screen printing for best colour reproduction</h3>For printing your balloons we use the screen printing process. In order to achieve optimum colour reproduction, we use spot colours. You can create two different colours per printable side. If you wish, you can have us make a screen proof for your balloon to get a preview of your balloons. Please note that there may be colour variations after printing due to the elastic material.

Choose the accessories for your Products here. Balloons filled with gas retain their volume for about 6-8 hours whereas balloons filled with air retain their volume for several days.

The printing of your design is exclusively in full tone. You can print the front, and or front and back with up to two spot colours on each side. Please note that due to the elastic material there may be colour deviations. Under Proof you can order a screenproof of your product. 

Our Pastel & Crystal balloons are made of pure latex. The Metallic balloons also contain the additive Iridium. The maximum shelf life is approx. 1-2 years. Crystal The Crystal Balloons have a transparent look. Metallic With the Metallic effect, your motifs and sayings will look particularly noble and elegant. Pastel With our pastel-coloured balloons you will bring spring into your home.

Please always set your data out to the size of the printed or embroidered area, and place the motif within this area. Send us one file per print motif. Further information can be found in the data layout sheet below.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Please calculate your final product before downloading the printing template.

Printing area in mm

The data must be in PDF format. Please send preferably vectors. The colours must be defined as full tone and clearly named, e.g. "PMS 425". The tone value must be 100%. Colour screens, halftone values or raster graphics cannot be converted. No transparencies can be used. The minimum font size is 20 pt. The minimum line thickness is 0.3 mm/ inverse 0.6 mm. Please convert all fonts into paths. The print data must correspond 1:1 to the desired design size. Please note that white may be underprinted on coloured materials. Please note that there may be colour deviations due to the elastic material. Please send the print data in the specified dimensions and do not use crop marks or final format frames. We accept no liability for possible faulty print results due to other print data.


Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.
