High-quality acrylic glass XT clear is used for printing your acrylic glass signs. The five millimetre thick plastic glass has a density of 6,000 gsm, is impact resistant and weatherproof. You can therefore use your signs indoors as well as outdoors. When dimensioning your acrylic glass sign, we have more than 20 different formats for you to choose from. If you wish, you can also define a free form and have your plates printed in this way. To attach the acrylic glass signs, we recommend having a hole drilled in each of the corners.

Your motifs are applied to the plate using UV printing. The CMYK four-colour printing allows great flexibility in the choice of motifs or font colours. In addition to a corporate design of the signs, photos or other graphics can also be realised on the acrylic glass. As the motif is printed "behind glass", there is always a special depth effect when viewed, which sets these signs apart from the usual products in this category.

Aluminium feet: The solid feet are silver, covered in non-slip silicone, available in three sizes, and very easy to assemble.

Ceiling mount set: Every signboard comes with two ceiling mount sets made from chromed brass for indoor use. The sets contain a ceiling mount, board holder, steel rope, screw and dowel.

Stainless steel spacer: Each signboard comes with a set of 4 spacers. One spacer consists of a wall bracket, screw head and two plastic washers.

French cleats:The French cleats are made of hard foam, and are glued to the back of the signboards.

Board holders, sideways: Each signboard comes with two board holders made from chromed brass for indoor use.

Suction cups: The suction cups have a diameter of 5 cm, a moulded-in thread, and come with screw nuts. They are delivered in a set of 4 including 4 drill holes in the corners.

Cable ties:The natural-coloured cable ties have a length of 370 mm and are 4.8 mm wide.

Order and send your printing data until 12 a.m., for Priority-delivery until 10 a.m, and receive your items on the stated delivery date or earlier.

For free-form orders, create a vector path in your printing data, showing the cutting line. Give this path a spot colour, name the special colour "cutting line", and set it to "Overprint". The free form's maximum dimensions must correspond with the format ordered, and touch at least one point per side on all four sides of the end format. For production reasons, the corner radius must be at least 1 mm. Please note that, for technical reasons, complex free forms cannot be trimmed. 

Please note that, in the case of Aludibond and materials at least 3 mm thick, free forms are cut and the corners thus rounded (4 mm).

Please note that, for side lengths of 4000 mm and over, the printing data must be created on a scale of 1:10! If necessary, please adapt the corresponding print template to the desired format.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Large-format printing 70-150 dpi, small-format printing 300 dpi as PDF X3 - 2003 with colour profile ISO Coated v2 (ECI) and a scale of 1:1 incl. bleed (see PDF template). Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the PDF template.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.
