Have christening cards printed − professionally and in top quality
Alongside the birth, the christening is another joyful highlight for families, friends and relatives. It is traditional to send out christening cards. The folded cards can be used to send congratulations on the christening, as an invitation to the christening itself or as a thank-you card. For christening announcements in particular, there is usually only a small selection to choose from in the shops. What is more, the designs and messages all tend to be pretty much the same. Anyone who wants really individual christening cards should therefore design them themselves. And we can provide the high-quality printing!
Have christening cards printed in many different formats and with customised colours
At print24.com, you can choose from four standard formats for your christening cards, from A7 to DL format. The maxi card gives you the option of a very special format. Square christening cards or other special formats are also possible. Simply input the required dimensions into the configuration menu. Please make sure that you stay within the size range of 74 x 74 mm to 125 x 235 mm. All sizes given refer to the closed christening card.
For printing, as well as the tried-and-tested 4/0 CMYK four-colour process, you also have the option of simply printing just in black or using spot colours. Or how about, for example, printing lettering in gold or silver? Or what do you think of printing certain decorative elements in HKS or Pantone colours? We combine all spot colours with CMYK printing, meaning that, for example, even photos can be easily printed as part of the personalisation of the christening cards.
Finishing and paper selection − multiply your options
Three premium coated printing papers are available for christening card printing. An especially fine option for your folded cards is either premium card or chromo board. If you select one of these, then you can choose from multiple finishing options. We can coat individual text elements with UV spot varnish or enhance the whole card with hot foil embossing. Thanks to cellophane finishing, you can really make the surface of your christening cards something special, for example, with a soft-touch or linen finish.
We recommend a crease for cards with a weight of 170 gsm or more. All christening cards are cut and folded as standard. If you select premium card or coated printing paper with a weight of 300 gsm, we deliver your cards unfolded.
Important notes for your print file
The christening cards have four printable sides. For this reason, please specify which page is which in your print file: page one is the front, page four the back. For printing, we can work with files in PDF, TIFF or JPEG format.
