Flyer
Sustainability meets design!
Have flyers printed on sustainable premium paper
Flyers are one of the most versatile print products. In small formats, they are ideal for distributing in pedestrian zones and for promoting events. Likewise, flyers can be used for printing information material or folded flyers for product presentations. Flyers are usually produced in large print runs. This makes it all the more important to think about sustainability.
With the GreenLine series, you can have environmentally friendly flyers printed on special recycled paper without having to sacrifice excellent paper and print quality.
GreenLine - our sustainable product range
We at print24 are working hard to constantly improve our products and not lose sight of the environment in the process. With our GreenLine product range, we focus entirely on sustainability. You can recognise our GreenLine products by the GreenLine logo behind the paper name. The following applies to these products:
- All papers are made of 100% recycled paper and are produced 100% in Europe according to European environmental protection standards. We use certified recycled paper with the Blue Angel or Euro Flower environmental seal - which is a European eco-label. The production of recycled paper saves 70% water and 60% energy compared to conventional paper, while the archival quality meets the highest durability class LDK 24-85.
- We print your product in a process with minimised CO2 emissions, certified as climate neutral. We obtain our recycled paper directly from the paper mill without repackaging. The journey is offset in a climate-neutral way through climate protection investments. We avoid transport distances at the paper manufacturing plant by purchasing large quantities, as opposed to the small batches per print job that are often the norm. With multi-printing forms we increase the efficiency of printing compared to single printing forms per print job - this saves energy and thus also CO2.
- For printing, we only use vegan inks from organic production. These inks are produced entirely without mineral oils or toxic heavy metals. Almost 100% of the ingredients containing mineral oils are replaced by vegetable oil-based ingredients, such as tree resins, linseed oil or soybean oil. They are palm oil-free and not based on animal testing. The binders, which are important components of printing inks, do not contain toxic heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, selenium and the like. Our printing inks meet the recognised requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental management systems.
- All electricity used in the printing process comes from renewable sources such as solar, hydro and wind energy. The entire value chain is powered by 100 per cent green electricity. This means that fossil energy such as oil, gas and coal as well as nuclear power are excluded. We rely on solar energy on site, as well as energy-saving LED lighting and use production heat with heat recovery.
Popular formats, finishes and more for your eco-friendly flyers
There are five paper formats to choose from when printing your GreenLine flyers, from 100x210 to A4. Depending on your selection, we can produce these flyers in various folding styles if you need more than two pages for printing your motifs. Folded flyers are possible with a maximum of four pages. DIN-L or DIN A6 flyers can be printed with up to 16 pages. You can print programmes of events or seasonal menus in restaurants on them, for example. When it comes to paper, you can choose between silk-matt premium recycled paper in bright white or printer-suitable circle offset in the white or premium white version.
Our silk matt premium recycled paper is available in five grammages from 100 to 350 gsm, the other two papers in three or also in five grammages. If you are looking for an even higher degree of sustainability, flyers made of grass paper or standard recycled paper are also available. For colour printing, we use the tried and tested CMYK process. If you want your flyers to be more simple, choose black printing. To accentuate individual elements or motifs on the flyer both haptically and visually, we recommend UV spot varnish. For reinforcement and a visually or haptically appealing effect, cellophaning is an option.
