Participation in the competition is free and optional. Only persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Excluded are employees of unitedprint.com SE and persons who are entrusted with the organization of the competition and their respective relatives.

Participants can submit pictures for the competition until April 23, 2010, 11:59 p.m. Decisive for the submission deadline of the photos is the time on our blog. print24 GmbH accepts no liability for technical disruptions. The voting phase begins on April 26, 2010 at 00:01 a.m. and ends on May 10, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. The winners will be notified on May 11, 2010.

The participants declare that the picture they upload is not subject to the rights of a third party, and may be used by them. The participants declare themselves willing to relinquish the rights to the picture to print24 GmbH.

print24 GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who establish or seem to establish advantages for themselves through manipulation. In such cases the prize can be subsequently disallowed and a replacement winner drawn.

Furthermore print24 GmbH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time, especially in the case of a disruption or hindrance to its operation as planned.

The awarding of the prizes is decided through voting in which the visitors to the blog vote for their favorite picture. It is possible to vote a maximum of once per day for each picture. The picture with the most votes at the end of the voting period will win the grand prize. In addition, 4 World Cup balls will be awarded to those in 2nd to 5th place in the voting. If several pictures have the same number of votes then the competition will be decided by a draw.

The winners of the competition will be contacted by print24 GmbH directly after the voting phase. If it is impossible for print24 GmbH to notify the winner then their claim to the prize will be forfeited.

print24 GmbH does not act as travel organizer for the trip to South Africa to the World Cup, and cannot accept any responsibility or liability for damages (e.g. damages to persons or assets, loss or damage of/to property).

Legal recourse is excluded. A payout in cash, an extension, a change or an exchange of the prize is not possible.

Claims to the prize are not transferable. With the handing over of the prizes to the winners, print24 GmbH is released from all possible obligations. print24 GmbH is not liable, in as far as legally permissible, for defects in the prizes.

The competition is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
