Counters
A counter is an important element of any trade fair as this is simply the best way to greet people. We offer two types of counters: the straight and the curved one. Be reminded that due to certain materials, they’re both more suitable for indoor uses. They’re also very easy to set up as it will take just a few minutes for one person to do so!
The countertop, both for the straight and curved versions, is not fire-proof nor water-proof as it is “sandwiched” between to plaques with a hard foam core.
Please bear in mind that a bleed of 5mm has to be added when creating your design.

You will also be provided with accessories to set up your straight or curved counter easily:
The straight counter has a rodding in plastic to help support the countertop. The countertop we offer is available in black only. Transporting your straight counter will be easy as you will receive a carrybag for a hassle-free transport.
The curved counter has a magnetic rodding in order for you to assemble everything quickly and efficiently, but it’s also necessary to help maintain the Pop Up film. The countertop we propose is available in black and white along with a floormat for a professional-looking counter.

The straight Pop up stand has a rodding in plastic maintaining the structure in a sturdy and solid way. The fold away wall is the main structure that will fold and unfold itself in a very easy way.
The curved Pop up stand has a magnetic rodding to maintain your Pop Up film in a stable way. A black hard trolley that can also be used as a small counter will also be included. A fold away wall that is the main structure that will fold itself when put back inside the black hard trolley and unfold itself once out to be installed.

We’re offering both the 220 gsm Dekotex stretch and the 350µ PVC PopUp Film to our customers. The 220 gsm Dekotex stretch is available for straight counter and straight Pop up stand: it is a crease-resistant, stretchable display material offering you a very professional and elegant look. The 350µ PopUp Film is available for the curved counter and curved Pop up stand. It is dimensionally stable and sand-laminated. This material being made of PVC, it is therefore very easy and flexible to assemble.
How to create the best design for your wall and counter...
- Use a nice, colourful background: Since your Pop up stand is made for a very large format, try not to go for colours that would be too aggressive. You want your future customers to be please by what they see!
- Use pictures of your trendy and/or new products: you have some new products (or trending ones) and you would like to advertise them? In a trade fair, people are also looking thoroughly for the best products a company has to offer. If they see yours from the distance, they won’t waste their time searching for the same products less advertised.
- Use a catch-up phrase: this can go along with your logo pretty well. Try to think about something that can symbolise your company and that will put a smile on your customer’s face. Or you can simply announce that your brand new products have just arrived!
- Your company’s logo: it needs to be shown properly so the best would be to center it. You can also choose to put it to the right or to the left but avoid placing it close to the ground or to the countertop.
