Labels for many different uses!

Whether you are organizing an event or you are simply going to send some messages to your customers through letters or parcels, you’ll do a better impression with some nice personalised Labels. They will make your packaging look even better and more recognizable to the recipient. Labels can also be very useful when applied onto bottles or containers so as to leave a lasting impression of all the content information. Besides, if you have a wine or virgin oil company, the Labels are essential to display your logo and provide the product’s technical information.

Many formats available

The many options that we provide regarding formats will help you choosing the right Label for your personal use.

For example: a smaller size as 60 x 80 mm in portrait/landscape is preferable for the shipping of envelopes while a 92 x 135 mm format is perfect for a bottle of wine.

If you want to shine with originality, some creative formats are also available such as the 40 mm round or 80 mm round ones.

Formats

  • Square: 20 x 20 mm ; 60 x 80 mm ; 80 x 80 mm
  • Rectangular: 75 x 100 mm ; 92 x 135 mm ; 100 x 150 mm ; 280 x 500 mm
  • Rounded: 40 mm ; 80 mm
  • Oval: 145 x 65 mm

You can also choose a free form which will let you create labels in the shape of a star or circle, for instance. For free form orders, create a vector path in your printing data, showing the cutting line. Give this path a spot colour, name the special colour „cutting line„, and set it to „Overprint„. For production reasons, the corner radius must be at least 1 mm. Please note that, for technical reasons, complex free forms cannot be trimmed.

Choose the paper you like

The type of paper must be chosen with care among the many possibilities that we provide.

In most cases, an adhesive paper is ideal to be applied onto smooth surfaces. You can also find removable papers and a very special paper for bottles which is our permanent adhesive opaque paper. Since it has another layer in blue colour that will prevent the background from shining through when the label is applied onto glass, for instance.

The third option is our felt-marked paper and is what you will need for your bottles of wine. It has been additionally treated with a fungicide and its anti-mould effect will make sure your Labels resist the mouldy environment a wine cellar can have.

In this box you’ll find a detailed list of papers for labels available on our website!

From 1 to 25 pieces, your Labels will be cut individually. For larger quantities, we will place your labels on rolls with a core diameter of 76 mm. The printed sides will be facing outwards. There is a gap of 4 mm between each printed Labels. Our Labels are available to order up to 10,000 pieces.

Also, it is important for you to know the difference between “narrow side in front” or “wide side in front” in our “processing” category. This is how your design will be displaced on your Labels. Narrow side in front is basically a portrait orientation whilst wide side in front is a landscape orientation.

Please do also bear in mind that you have to leave a bleed of 3 mm for your design to not be cut out by our processing machines. And also to provide a PDF file of your design of at least 300dpi in CMYK colour mode with colour profile “ISO Coated v2”.
