<h2>GreenLine – Sustainable printing</h2>

<p>At print24, we are working flat out to constantly improve our products without losing sight of the environment. With our GreenLine product range, we are fully committed to sustainability. You can recognise our GreenLine products by the GreenLine logo behind the paper name. The following applies to these products:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>All papers are made from 100% recycled paper and are produced 100% in Europe in accordance with European environmental protection standards.</strong> We use certified recycled paper with the Blue Angel or Euroblume eco-label - which is a European eco-label. The production of recycled paper saves 70% water and 60% energy compared to conventional, fresh paper, while the archivability fulfils the highest durability class LDK 24-85.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>We print your product in a process with minimised CO</strong><sub><strong>2</strong></sub><strong> emissions, which is considered ecologically balanced.</strong> We obtain our recycled paper directly from the paper mill without any outer packaging. The journey is offset by climate protection investments. We avoid transport routes at the paper manufacturing plant by purchasing large quantities, as opposed to the often small batches per print job. With multi-printing forms, we increase the efficiency of printing compared to individual printing forms per print job - this saves energy and therefore also CO<sub>2</sub>.</li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>We only use vegan colours from organic production for printing. These colours are produced entirely without mineral oils or toxic heavy metals.</strong> The ingredients containing mineral oil are replaced almost 100% with vegetable oil, such as tree resins, linseed or soya oil. They are palm oil-free and are not based on animal testing. The binders, which are important components of printing inks, do not contain any toxic heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, selenium or similar. Our printing inks fulfil the recognised requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental management systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>All of the electricity used in the printing process comes from renewable sources such as solar, hydro and wind energy.</strong> The entire value chain is powered by 100 per cent green electricity. This means that fossil fuels such as oil, gas and coal as well as nuclear power are excluded. We use solar energy on site, as well as energy-saving LED lighting and utilise production heat with heat recovery.</li></ul>

To highlight individual motifs or lettering, we recommend UV spot varnish. With lamination, your flyer becomes more robust and at the same time more elegant.</p>
