Transfer printingIn the digital transfer printing process, motifs and fonts are printed in CMYK on a backing paper and then transferred to the fabric with a transfer press. By printing on a white transfer film, colours are reproduced perfectly, as the background does not shine through. Furthermore, transfer printing is characterised by high contour sharpness and coverage. A further advantage is undoubtedly the independence of fabric and colour, which is achieved by transfer printing. Regardless of which textiles are printed, the appearance of the print is identical on every fabric.

Our textile products are embroidered according to your personal requirements. Up to 12 different thread colours are available per theme. Please create your data as a vector graphic and use full-tone colours (HKS, Pantone) as comparative values for the thread colours.

During digital transfer printing in CMYK, the motifs are initially printed onto a release paper, then pressed onto the fabric under high pressure and high temperature in a transfer press. Please create your data as TIFF, JPEG or PDF files.

Please always set your data out to the size of the printed or embroidered area, and place the motif within this area. Send us one file per print motif. Further information can be found in the data layout sheet below.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Min. 300dpi as PDF, JPEG or TIFF. The print is created in CMYK. Please do not use any decorative/special colours. The printing data must match the desired motif size 1:1. This motif is printed onto a transfer ribbon and then plotted. It is then superimposed onto a transfer foil, and pressed onto the fabric under pressure and heat. Transparencies and cast shadows must be avoided due to the contour cut. Gradients and colour screens are possible. Fonts must be converted into paths. All lines must be at least 1.5 mm thick.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.
