<p>We print your motifs, photos or texts on premium fleece in a thickness of 260 gsm. The material is characterised by its special softness and at the same time high robustness. Premium fleece creates the best conditions for your individually designed cosy cushions. These are suitable to use as sofa cushions, seat cushions or sleeping pillows.</p>

<p>Many of our customers also use the cushions to have individual beds printed for their pets. The basic design of the cushion covers is white. This means that you are very flexible when it comes to printing the motifs.</p>

<h3>Selected materials for your cushion print</h3>

<p>We have square 400 x 400 mm and 600 x 600 mm pillowcases for printing your designs. The entire surface can be printed. The print motifs can be placed on the front or back. It is also possible to print on both sides of your cushions. This allows you to choose a different motif on the back than on the front.</p>

<p>It would be very elegant to place a photo on one side and a saying or slogan on the other. This way, the cushions can simply be turned around and a different look is created. Simply select the desired version in the configuration menu.</p>

<h3>Modern printing process for your cushions</h3><p><strong>Transfer printing</strong></p><p>With the digital transfer process, motifs and fonts are printed in CMYK on a backing paper and then transferred to the fabric with a transfer press. In transfer printing, flat colours as well as the finest colour gradients, for example in photos, can be brilliantly represented. By printing on a white transfer film, colours are reproduced perfectly, as the background does not shine through. Furthermore, transfer printing is characterised by high contour sharpness and coverage. A further advantage is undoubtedly the independence of fabric and colour, which is achieved by transfer printing. Regardless of which textiles are printed, the appearance of the print is identical on every fabric.</p>

<h3>Have up to 50 pillows printed at once</h3><p>Our print shop is also designed for high volumes. Therefore, up to 50 individually printed cushions can be ordered per order. For example, you can order a personalised photo cushion for a birthday, anniversary or your wedding. Our fabric products are printed according to your specifications. Choose between flock sublimation printing and flex sublimation printing. Please create your data as a vector graphic, and use full-tone colours (HKS, Pantone) as comparative values for the printing colours.

Products are printed using a premium dye-sublimation process.

Please always set your data out to the size of the printed or embroidered area, and place the motif within this area. Send us one file per print motif. Further information can be found in the data layout sheet below.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Please calculate your final product before downloading the printing template.

At least 300dpi as PNG, TIFF, JPEG or PDF in the RGB colour space with 8-bit colour depth. Please do not use any spot colours or special colours, and always reduce your file to one layer. Make sure your print file supports transparency, if this is desired. For production reasons, textile measures may vary by +/- 7%.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.

We shall not be liable for errors in printing due to any other type of file sent.
