We at print24 are working hard to constantly improve our products and not lose sight of the environment in the process. With our GreenLine product range, we focus entirely on sustainability. You can recognise our GreenLine products by the GreenLine logo behind the paper name. The following applies to these products:
- All papers are made of 100% recycled paper and are produced 100% in Europe according to European environmental protection standards. We use certified recycled paper with the Blue Angel or Euro Flower environmental seal - which is a European eco-label. The production of recycled paper saves 70% water and 60% energy compared to conventional paper, while the archival quality meets the highest durability class LDK 24-85.
- We print your product in a process with minimised CO2 emissions, certified as climate neutral. We obtain our recycled paper directly from the paper mill without repackaging. The journey is offset in a climate-neutral way through climate protection investments. We avoid transport distances at the paper manufacturing plant by purchasing large quantities, as opposed to the small batches per print job that are often the norm. With multi-printing forms we increase the efficiency of printing compared to single printing forms per print job - this saves energy and thus also CO2.
- For printing, we only use vegan inks from organic production. These inks are produced entirely without mineral oils or toxic heavy metals. Almost 100% of the ingredients containing mineral oils are replaced by vegetable oil-based ingredients, such as tree resins, linseed oil or soybean oil. They are palm oil-free and not based on animal testing. The binders, which are important components of printing inks, do not contain toxic heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, selenium and the like. Our printing inks meet the recognised requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental management systems.
- All electricity used in the printing process comes from renewable sources such as solar, hydro and wind energy. The entire value chain is powered by 100 per cent green electricity. This means that fossil energy such as oil, gas and coal as well as nuclear power are excluded. We rely on solar energy on site, as well as energy-saving LED lighting and use production heat with heat recovery.
Print postcards on eco-friendly paper
Zeigen Sie doch das nächste Mal beim Postkartenschreiben, dass Sie nicht nur einen Sinn für Ästhetik und Design haben, sondern Next time you write postcards, why not show that you not only have a sense for aesthetics and design, but also for sustainability? We print your postcards on environmentally friendly premium recycled paper from our GreenLine and also offer you matching finishes.
As with all other print products from print24.com, you also benefit from our excellent print quality, fast delivery and fair prices with GreenLine postcards.
Sustainable postcards single-sided or as folded postcards
We print eco-friendly postcards for you in classic formats from DIN A7 (74 x 105 millimetres) to large cards in DIN A3 (297 x 420 millimetres). Of course, you can also format postcards in special sizes with us. Printing is done either in portrait or landscape format - except for square postcards. Typical mailing formats are DIN long (105 x 210 millimetres) or DIN A6 (105 x 148 millimetres).
You can have the front and back printed or opt for a folded postcard. Then you have four pages for your information or messages. Four-sided cards are creased but not folded.
Choose between bright white special recycled paper with a gsm of 300 or the even more exclusive premium paper with a gsm of 350.
If you want to print coloured graphics on the cards, we use the proven CMYK process, which can also be used for photos. Black printing offers an elegant understatement for your postcards. For a special feel and look, you can choose from two popular finishes: UV spot varnish and cellophaning.
We would be happy to print other GreenLine products for you, such as GreenLine business cards, GreenLine flyers or GreenLine posters.
