Design Your Stickers and Labels
We offer a variety of standard formats for printing your stickers. The smallest option is 50 x 20 mm with rounded corners, while the largest is DIN A3 (297 x 420 mm). In between, we print all common DIN formats from A8 to A4, as well as DIN-long stickers.
For a stylish option, try rounded corners or choose round stickers in diameters of 40 or 80 mm. Oval stickers are great for badges, and custom shapes are always an option.
At print24.com, you can print labels in round, square, oval, rectangular, or custom shapes. Popular sizes include 20 x 20 mm for price labels and 60 x 80 mm for address labels, with ten standard sizes available from 20 x 20 mm to 280 x 500 mm.
Remember to include a 3 mm trim for labels and 2 mm for stickers, or 2.5 mm for round and oval designs.
Our sticker variants
Die-cut stickers
If you choose die-cut stickers, you will receive your stickers as individual stickers that are cut rectangularly (except freeform) and sorted in a stack.
Die-cut stickers are particularly suitable for distributing or passing on stickers individually, for example as an addition to a purchase, as a merchandise item, or similar.
Labels on rolls
If you choose labels on rolls, your stickers/labels will be applied on a rolled carrier material. Thanks to the roll, the sticker or label is immediately ready for removal. Mostly, this variant is preferred for business use.
Labels on rolls are particularly suitable for operational use, for example in the area of packaging/shipping.
Materials Used for Stickers & Labels printing
We create your stickers from high-quality adhesive paper for indoor use. If you need stickers for outdoor use, like on vehicles, we recommend durable adhesive film.
We offer seven types of label paper. The white, felt-marked, uncoated paper adds a unique texture and is perfect for bottle labels.
The weight of adhesive paper is given in grams per square metre and depends on its thickness and density. You can choose between 80 g/m² and 95 g/m².
Adhesive paper in white works well for indoor labels. If you need safety or high visibility labels, you can choose from yellow or red neon adhesive paper.
Adhesive film is a robust option, available in white and transparent. Transparent labels are great for applying to white surfaces, making only the text and logo visible.
The thickness of the adhesive film is specified in micrometres (µm). One micrometre corresponds to 0.001 millimetres and is represented by the µm symbol. With us, you can choose between 80 µm and 100 µm. Thinner adhesive films are often easier to apply or remove from smooth, clean surfaces. In comparison, thicker films offer a higher-quality look and feel and are more resistant to wear, moisture or UV radiation. Simply consider what requirements your sticker needs to fulfil, how long it should last and whether it needs to be waterproof or scratch-resistant, for example.
Modern Print Processes & Quality Inks
We print your stickers in either 1-color black or with the full CMYK four-color process. CMYK is perfect for printing photos or detailed graphics. Using advanced digital plate exposure (Hightech-CTP), we ensure excellent offset printing results.
Labels are also available in 1-color black or CMYK. After printing, we finish them with a UV-protective varnish, enhancing scratch resistance and keeping your designs looking sharp.
Die Cutting & Trimming
Depending on the format you choose, we either die-cut or cut your stickers to size after printing. You can receive your stickers as individual pieces or on sheets.
For labels, we print them on a roll. You can choose whether the labels are printed with the narrow or wide side facing outward. We roll them so that the printed image is visible on the outside.
With print24.com you can rely on the perfect combination of high-quality printing and fair prices if you want to have your stickers or labels printed. By the way: If you are looking for other print products that help you keep order, you will also find address labels, bottle labels and sticky notes.

Adhesive paper (MC white) is used for the indoor area, which is more like paper and has similar properties (easier to tear). For outdoor use, permanent self-adhesive white film (polypropylene) is used. As the name suggests, it feels more like film (smooth) and is tear-resistant, which allows it to be used outdoors.
Adhesive paper and film are "permanently adhesive". This means that they cannot be easily removed and may leave residues on the surface when removed.
Glue residues can often be successfully removed with household remedies such as soapy water or vinegar. Alternative ways to remove adhesive residues are benzine or special adhesive removers. Although these aids are very effective, caution should be exercised as they can also attack the surfaces.
The adhesive used for adhesive paper and film is vegan.
This minimises the risk of the corner areas becoming detached from the surface.
Our stickers have a slotted reverse side, which can be removed from the carrier material by folding it.
No, but the product Adhesive films makes this possible.
The bonding temperature is between 5 °C and 40 °C and the operating temperature is between -40 °C and 80 °C (short-term 100 °C).
The adhesives are water-based and dissolve in a water bath after prolonged immersion. Therefore, especially adhesive paper semigloss should not be wiped off. The PP film, on the other hand, is less sensitive.
