<p>There are two options to choose from for sport-shorts printing at print24.com. You can have your motif applied using either flock film or flex film printing. Both processes denote a transfer printing process in which the print motif is "transferred" to the textile using a carrier material. The flex foil used for flex foil printing consists of a carrier foil, a coloured foil layer and a layer of hot melt adhesive. Flock transfer printing uses a special flock transfer foil, which gives the print a typically fluffy, velvety feel.</p>

<p>The desired motif is cut from the pre-dyed foils and "welded" to the textile by heat. With flexo foil printing and flock foil printing, a wide range of colours is possible and the transfer process used makes it possible to work with absolute ink coverage. Another advantage is the long durability of this durable and tear-resistant print.</p>

We use pre-made stencils for player numbers and names. As a standard, player numbers are on the back or on the front on the left short leg/left side of the chest.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Please calculate your final product before downloading the printing template.

Printing area in mm

Min. 300dpi as PDF with colour data in HKS or Pantone. Only one printing colour per order, regardless of whether one or two motifs have been selected. The colour values stated in the layout template are comparative values, and can differ slightly from the actual printing colours. Send us your data as a vector graphic, and do not use any graphic effects (e.g. gradients, colour screens, transparencies, cast shadows, 3D effects etc.). Please convert all fonts into paths. Fonts should ideally be sans-serif and at least 6 mm in size. The general minimum line thickness is 5.7 pt or 2 mm. For production reasons, fabric dimensions can have a tolerance of +/- 5%.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.

We shall not be liable for errors in printing due to any other type of file sent.
